How it works:
Facial ageing goes deeper than the skin. Over time, the fat beneath the skin thins and loosens. The cheek starts to look flatter and the lower face can soften toward the jaw.
Profhilo Structura contains 90mg of pure hyaluronic acid, a blend of high and low molecular weight HA with no cross-linking chemicals. It is placed into the subcutaneous fat at the side of the face through a fine cannula. There it integrates with the tissue and supports the fat cells that give the face its natural structure.
The result is support rebuilt from within. The face looks lifted and defined because the tissue itself is in better condition, not because product has been added on top.

Profhilo Structura is ideal for anyone noticing their face has lost a little shape, but who don’t want to look different.

The Procedure
- Consultation and assessment. A full facial and medical assessment to see whether skin, support or both need attention, with your plan built from there.
- Structura is placed through one small entry point on each side of the face using a fine cannula. It takes around 30 minutes.
- Second session. Your second treatment follows four weeks later to complete the course.
- Your face is reassessed and your maintenance is planned ahead
Downtime and aftercare
Most people go straight back to their day. Mild swelling, tenderness or small bruises at the entry points can appear and usually settle within a few days. For 24 hours, avoid makeup, strenuous exercise, saunas and pressing on the treated area. Full aftercare guidance is given on the day.
Results and longevity
The face often looks fresher within days. Structural results build gradually over 6 to 8 weeks after the second session as the tissue responds. A course of two sessions, four weeks apart, is recommended, with maintenance planned at your review based on how your face responds.
