I can’t recommend Karishma at MedSpace Aesthetics highly enough. Following an initial consultation where Karishma really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, I began a course of Obagi Blue Peels alongside a new skincare routine tailored to my skin following her analysis. I have already seen a remarkable improvement in the texture and tone of my skin, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

I feel completely safe and confident in Karishma’s care. Her medical background, knowledge and expertise really shine through when explaining treatments and putting together a personalised treatment plan. She is professional, reassuring and genuinely passionate about what she does. There is absolutely no hard sell; everything is explained clearly, and you feel that her priority is achieving the best results for your skin. She also takes the time to follow up with messages after treatments to check how you are doing, which is such a lovely and thoughtful touch.

Karishma is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also such a kind and approachable lady. I’m now booked in for microneedling and am so excited to continue my skin journey with her. I had such a lovely experience with Karishma at Medspace Aesthetics. She’s so friendly and welcoming, and has a beautiful little space in the Stubbings area of Maidenhead. She makes the whole experience feel really personal and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and looked after.

I had a ZO Hydrafacial and was so pleased with the experience that I’ve already booked in for microneedling and have a few other treatments I’m excited to try!

After turning 40, what I've really been looking for is to feel better in my skin without losing who I am, and it means a lot that Karishma understands and respects that.

Medspace was an amazing experience. The initial and in person consultation, the treatment and aftercare were all first class. I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed, and was informed about what and why things were being done throughout the course of the treatment. Karishma was very welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge. I felt comfortable and trusted MedSpace with my treatment. I’m on a skin journey and Karishma has provided me a six month plan and I’m already loving the results. I’ve had advance facials and a skin booster so far and can honestly say it’s given me a new confidence in the way I look and feel. I’ve been talking about this journey with Karishma for a very long time and have never felt pressured into any decisions, it’s been entirely at my pace.
