Set out below are the terms on which JKLK Ltd, trading as MedSpace Aesthetics provides services to its patients, please ensure you have read and fully understand these terms prior to booking your appointment.
Appointments:
Appointments can be made online through our booking portal, by sending a message via WhatsApp to 07762 175156 or by contacting us through Instagram (@medspaceaesthetics).
Your appointment will be confirmed by email/text and an appointment reminder email is sent 72 hours before your appointment.
We aim to run our clinic efficiently with appointments on time, however there may be occasions when the clinic is running behind schedule. We will ensure that you are seen as soon as possible in this instance.
Card Details:
Your card details will be required for all bookings. Your details are held securely and protected by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment providers. Card details are not visible or accessible to us.
Cancellation, failing to attend or rescheduling:
In consideration of all valued patients, the clinic maintains a deposit and cancellation policy. All treatments and consultations require a £50 booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable but will be taken off the total cost of your treatment on the day.
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy to our patients. Giving notice will enable us to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time and also allows us to free up time for other patients waiting to book their appointment. We understand things may happen and sometimes appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled, therefore we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the £50 booking fee will be retained, and a new fee will be required to secure a new appointment. Clients who fail to attend an appointment with no prior notice (“no-shows”), will lose their booking fee.
Late arrival resulting in your treatment being cancelled or re-booked will also result in the booking fee of £50 being retained as a late cancellation charge.
In these circumstances, you agree to us charging this sum to your card. If there are no funds available on your card, you agree to us trying to charge again on a daily basis without notice until the payment has been made. No further treatments or purchases can be made until outstanding charges have been paid. In the case of appointments that form part of a course of treatment, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of treatments.
Late Arrivals:
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible by calling 07762 175156. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will take place on the same day. We reserve the right to adjust the order of appointments for the remainder of the clinic session, which may result in a delay to your appointment or the need to reschedule it for another date and time. While we will always strive to provide full treatment, late arrivals may not receive complete care, as we cannot keep other patients waiting. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will apply.
Refusal of treatment:
MedSpace Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion. If you fail to inform us of any medical conditions or changes during your consultation or prior to treatment that may impact your ability to undergo the procedure, we reserve the right to decline treatment and retain the booking fee. Should we determine that the treatment is unsuitable for you, we will explain the reasons during your appointment.
Consultation Forms and Medical Questionnaires:
All of our treatments require us to collect and store personal and medical information about our patients. This information is kept confidential in accordance with our GPhC code of conduct and stored following ICO guidelines. We will never sell or share your information with third parties. As part of your treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and report any changes at future appointments. We will inquire about your medical history, current health status, and lifestyle. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary information, and MedSpace Aesthetics will not be held liable for any undisclosed details.
Payment terms:
All treatments must be paid for in advance or at the time of treatment. Accepted payment methods include debit or credit card payment. (Cash and cheques are not accepted).
Treatment Courses:
All packages are to be paid for in full before treatment commences. All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired treatment courses cannot be credited or refunded.
Aftercare:
By accepting the treatment, signing your consent form, and reviewing these terms and conditions, you, as the patient, are committing to follow the aftercare instructions for your treatment. These instructions will be provided to you during your appointment, and a copy will be emailed to you once your appointment has concluded.
Patient Satisfaction
We strive to treat all patients with compassion and fairness, aiming to exceed expectations and provide a first-class service and enjoyable experience. However, we recognize that things may not always go as planned. We welcome and value all feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve our services. If you have any concerns about a treatment at MedSpace Aesthetics, please notify us immediately in person, by phone, or in writing, and we will arrange a review appointment.
Treatment Refunds:
MedSpace Aesthetics is committed to providing an honest, factual, and ethical service, delivering safe expert treatments and using the highest quality products. However, we cannot guarantee specific results and do not offer refunds if the outcomes do not meet your expectations. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, results may vary from person to person. Factors such as lifestyle, medical history, and age can influence both the results and their longevity.
Promotions and Pricing
Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless specifically stated.
